Establish the XylaWorks workspace your organization will use. This registration creates the organization and its first administrator — seat and enrollment configuration comes next, inside the portal.

Registration takes one form and a few details.
Accounts are created inside the XylaWorks platform, so the person registering becomes the organization's first administrator on the same account they will sign in with. You will be asked for:
- Your name, work email, job title, and department
- Organization name, domain, and type
- Approximate annual participants served
No seat counts, pricing, or commercial terms are collected during registration.
The account opens before the commercial setup begins.
Workforce program accounts are reviewed before activation. Once the organization and its first administrator exist, seats and commercial terms are configured with your team.
Seats are the commercial unit. An access code is only the mechanism a candidate uses to redeem one. The Platform Foundation page carries the reporting boundaries for this channel — what your authorized staff can see, and what stays with the candidate.
